An upmarket restaurant in Rosebank is recruiting a charismatic and experienced Mixologist to design and lead a world-class cocktail and spirits program. The candidate will bring a refined presence, mixology expertise, and leadership to train staff, manage inventory and supplier relationships, and ensure a polished, memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a signature cocktail program and a curated spirits list reflecting a sophisticated and bold aesthetic.
• Lead and train bar staff on advanced techniques, presentation, and service excellence.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain impeccable bar presentation and meticulous mise en place.
• Innovate seasonally, aligning beverage offerings with culinary concepts and event themes.
• Provide an engaging, polished, and memorable guest experience.
