Property MLS Lawyer (0–3 PQE, English law) with a strong foundation in asset management to join our growing Property Managed Legal Services (MLS) team. You’ll work on high-quality, portfolio-focused matters and help deliver a responsive, efficient service that supports clients’ operational and strategic objectives. Location options: Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of asset management documents, including leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents and related agreements
• Take ownership of asset management transactions such as grants of lease, renewals, assignments and terminations, delivering a responsive, high-quality service aligned to client expectations
• Support the effective management of client portfolios by ensuring compliance with the legal, regulatory and operational requirements of a managed legal service
