Overview

EQUANS are looking for a Mobile General Maintenance Operative working on our HMCTS contract at Bromley Magistrates Court. This is a permanent, full‑time role of 40 hours per week. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Desirable NVQ (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Carpentry, or Decorating services.
• Right to work evidence in the UK.
• Disclosure check may be required for this role.
• A criminal record will not necessarily be a barrier to obtaining a position with us.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing or flooring within a construction, repair or maintenance environment. Good knowledge of Fire Door maintenance and inspection techniques, and an understanding of Legionella control techniques such as tap flushing.
