Mobile M&E Engineer - London area 

We’re looking for a mobile mechanical and electrical engineer to join a specialist sub contractor in the building services industry. You’ll spend most of your time on technically challenging jobs across commercial buildings and critical sites, dealing with equipment such as:

Pumps and pressurisation units – replacing seals, motors, impellers, and sorting out control issues.
Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled) – carrying out fault finding, repairs, and performance adjustments.
Air handling units and ventilation systems – fixing motors, dampers, valves, and general breakdowns.
Boilers and heating plant – dealing with problems that go beyond routine servicing.
BMS and controls – identifying issues, resetting systems, and working alongside controls contractors. This is a mobile role, so you’ll cover a range of sites, often at short notice. You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own, making decisions quickly,...
