Lead/Involve in end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering, estimation, implementation, testing support, delivery/deployment and post-production activity.
Actively participate in tech team discussion, and user story walk through session by providing feedback respectively.
Support and Stability
Provide UAT/Production support to the application whenever an inquiry/incident is raised, including troubleshooting and performing fixes.
Provide standby support in the event of monthly patching activity, DR drills and other tech related activities.
Ensure application stability by optimizing application code to have a stable performance and workload.
Provide implementation support/fixes for any tech initiative/audits/security findings to ensure application always in compliance towards all policy.
