The role requires a fully qualified plumber with strong fault-finding abilities, confidence working across multiple building systems, and the flexibility to support general building fabric tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting of plumbing equipment. Repair cracked pipes, resolve blocked drainage issues and inspect plumbing systems to detect failures or identify causes of malfunctions. Dismantle devices, remove defective parts, inspect used components and calibrate systems in line with manufacturer specifications.
