Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair smartphones including iPhones and iPads – screen, battery, and software issues.
- Handle basic mobile repairs and troubleshooting.
- Install screen protectors and mobile accessories.
- Sell mobile accessories such as cases, chargers, and screen guards.
- Assist customers and provide after‑sales support.
- Maintain repair records and ensure quality service.
- Support daily shop operations and inventory handling.
Requirements - Experience in mobile repair (iPhone/iPad/Android preferred).
- Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience in accessory sales and customer handling.
- Good communication skills and customer‑friendly attitude.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment.
