Job Description
The Mobile Support Engineer delivers enterprise mobile device support, ensuring secure configuration, availability, and inventory management per SOW requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and install Globe mobile applications
- Assist authorized users with Wi‑Fi connectivity
- Perform mobile device formatting and file transfers (VIP exceptions only)
- Conduct first‑aid hardware troubleshooting and endorse unresolved issues to service centers
- Inventory & Release Management
- Manage mobile device inventory, releases, and returns
- Support onboarding and liquidation of mobile phones and SIMs
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure mobile support activities are logged in ServiceNow
- Maintain accurate inventory and reporting
