Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software updates, applications, and security protocols to keep devices up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventative care to enhance device performance and longevity.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mobile technology are preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile device repair or related technical service roles.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, is essential.
