Job Title: Model Development Team Lead for Name List Screening (NLS) & Transaction Screening (TS) - Model Strats

Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (GCOO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.

You will work within the wider GSA Control Strats team and lead model development across NS and TS, supporting incumbent models and designing, building, and deploying new state‑of‑the‑art (SOTA) models. You will bring strong data science and modelling expertise, a delivery‑focused mindset, and a structured, detail‑oriented approach to solving complex tasks.
