Overview

Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the spa, gym and surrounding areas to create a welcoming and sanitary ambience for guests. Assists in maintaining all operational devices and performs tasks as directed by managers, contributing to the overall promotion of the resort's spa and health club services.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to visitors concerning spa/recreation centers and activities.
• Promote an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Enforce the guidelines and laws of the spa/recreation facility for the safety and welfare of guests and participants.
• Provide support to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Record crashes, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete safety training and maintain required qualifications.
