POST: MODERATOR FOR SEAMSTRESS – (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

REMUNERATION: Market related rate as prescribed by ETQA.

Requirements

• Subject matter experts (Diploma in Clothing) or equivalent qualification; registration as a moderator with FP&MSETA.
• Understanding of moderation policy/guides.

Duties as the Moderator

• Meet with assessor prior moderation to discuss moderation plan.
• Moderate all available files as per skill programme.
• Give feedback to assessor.
• Develop moderation report and submit it to the Quality Assuring Body for verification.
• Meet with evaluators/verifiers from Quality Assuring Body during evaluation process of the files.
