Technical leadership includes architecture and design decisions, code standards, reviews, delivery planning, unblocking engineers, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable outcomes. Scrum responsibilities cover sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and delivery cadence.
