Modern Workplace Engineer / EUC Specialist - Contract

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex Tier 3 hardware, software, and identity issues, adhering to established operational SLAs.
• Manage, image, and patch a diverse enterprise environment supporting both Windows and mac fleets.
• Design, scale, and maintain centralized endpoint configurations using Intune and JAMF for Unified Endpoint Management.
• Take ownership of application packaging, deployment pipelines, and centralized configuration policies.
• Carry out AD and GPO administration, maintaining knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid single sign-on structures.
• Support and scale Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments to enable secure, remote productivity.
