Responsibilities

• As a Modern Workplace Specialist – Messaging, Identity & Device Management, you will ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 workplace services. You will act as the technical expert for messaging, identity, and endpoint management, driving automation, standardization, and service excellence across the organization.
• Work closely with our managed‑services partner to define best practices, oversee operational quality, and provide advanced technical support for complex issues and projects.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune services.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure messaging, identity, access management, and endpoint management solutions.
