Position Summary

The Mold Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all production molds to ensure maximum equipment reliability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency. The role oversees mold repair, refurbishment, troubleshooting, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team of mold technicians and toolmakers. The incumbent partners closely with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and New Product Development to maximize mold uptime, reduce defects, and support new mold launches.

Key Responsibilities

Mold Maintenance & Reliability

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production molds.
• Ensure molds are maintained according to established maintenance schedules and OEM/tooling standards.
• Oversee mold inspection, cleaning, repair, polishing, refurbishment, and validation activities.
