**Job Title: Mold Technician**
**Job Description**
The Mold Technician ensures all molds are properly maintained, prepared for production, and aligned with overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) goals. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, tooling reliability, and minimizing downtime to support consistent production and on-time customer deliveries. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to maintenance schedules, and effective collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs for all molds using established A/B/C processes to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
+ Use MaintMaster or similar maintenance software to track, schedule, and document all PM activities on molds and related equipment.
