Schedule: 2nd Shift; Monday–Friday; 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $20–$30/hr + $1.50 Shift Differential

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molder to support production operations within a manufacturing environment in Worcester, MA. This role is responsible for operating hydraulic, robotic, and manual molding equipment to form and shape products while maintaining quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with molding materials, measuring tools, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
