**Job Description**

The Molding Operator sets up and operates molding equipment to produce high-quality silicone rubber components used in implantable medical devices. This role works in a GMP-regulated clean room environment and focuses on precision, quality inspection, and consistent production of small parts using molds, presses, and related equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate molding machines, presses, and related equipment to produce silicone rubber components for implantable medical devices.
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and clean room protocols at all times while performing production activities.
+ Perform quality checks and visual inspections of molded parts using microscopes, gauges, and other inspection tools to ensure part quality and adherence to specifications.
