Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment and watch both live and recorded video feeds.
• Monitor multiple screens, make notes of unusual occurrences and report to the Shift Leader.
• Work independently without constant supervision.
• Communicate over the two‑way radio and direct officers to scenes efficiently and safely.
• Safely store footage information for investigation purposes.
• Test panic buttons weekly and submit a report.
• Monitor fire detection systems, alarms and CCTV cameras.
