The Administrator - Monitoring Tools role focuses on ensuring effective monitoring of SAP and related systems to support optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Follow SAP best practices for OCC operations
• Review and manage technical alerts for SAP Production Systems
• Engage incident management and technical teams for critical alerts and resolution
• Remediate technical alerts based on Standard Operation Procedures
• Measure alert management effectiveness and efficiency (open, close, acknowledge, etc.)
• Identify critical monitoring elements with stakeholders and process owners
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with new leads for process and documentation
• Provide hyper‑care service during go‑live projects
• Provide information and documentation for auditors
