The Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (MER) Officer is responsible for designing, implementing and managing monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems for NFE, Literacy and Accelerated Learning projects. The position ensures systematic tracking of program performance, data quality assurance, compliance with DL&NFE and donor requirements, and evidence‑based reporting to support effective decision‑making and accountability.
