We are seeking an experienced Moody's RAY Technical Consultant (Upgrade Specialist) to support a large-scale banking transformation project in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with the Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY) platform , particularly in version upgrades, migrations, installation, configuration, and technical implementation .

This role requires strong expertise in banking risk systems, database technologies, ETL processes, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and Moody's product specialists to ensure successful platform upgrades and ongoing support.
