Reporting to the Manager, Building/Property/District/Leasing, this role involves renting suites as they become available while ensuring tenant retention strategies are executed effectively. You will interact with prospective tenants, prepare necessary documentation, and monitor the marketing of available suites. Your attention to detail will enhance tenant communications and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and rent available suites to new tenants
