Responsibilities

• Register mortgage files with banks/lenders
• Review title reports for accuracy and completeness
• Order and review insurance quotes
• Upload required documents to lender portals
• Manage and follow up on emails with lenders, attorneys, and vendors
• Track file progress and send status updates and reminders

Requirements

• Prior experience working at a mortgage company (required)
