If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… The Mortgage Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new business, strengthening relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers to meet monthly sales targets in compliance with the Bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations. This role reports to Manager, Mortgage Sales.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans for the bank.
• Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions to develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers and valuers.
• Cross selling other banking products, when required.

Job holder requirement

• Minimum SPM holder
• Possess own transport
