Motion Designer – Localization

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Visa sponsorship available.

What you’ll be doing

• Own Preply's motion localization pipeline for video assets across 5–9 languages (ES, DE, IT, PL, FR, JP, KR).
• Deliver multiple language versions per project with consistent quality, cultural fit, and brand fidelity.
• Design, document, and maintain localization systems and After Effects templates to streamline workflow.
• Build processes that the entire team can follow, not just individual work.
• Own quality control for all language variants before stakeholder review, flagging issues proactively.
• Coordinate with localization, video editing, and motion design teams to manage review cycles, text updates, and final delivery.
• Contribute to original motion design projects when capacity allows.
