Reports to: Managing Director, Global Marketing
As the Insights Director for MotoGP, you will lead the evolution of the sport’s understanding of its fans, ensuring that audience insights, behaviors, and trends drive strategic decision-making and marketing excellence. Overseeing the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will integrate data from key business units including; Fan Engagement, Social, Content, Commercial Partnerships, and Broadcast Rights, to uncover meaningful insights that shape audience growth and fan engagement strategies. This role will extend beyond traditional analytics, focusing on fan motivations, cultural and commercial trends, and new opportunities to connect with emerging audiences. By translating insight into action, you will ensure MotoGP’s marketing efforts resonate with both existing and future fans, while also supporting commercial partners and broadcasters with data-driven audience intelligence.
