Position Overview
Job Functions:
β’ Verify, analyze, and investigate whether claims are covered by the policy.
β’ Ensure that all claims for inspection and evaluation are attended to within the specified turnaround time
(TAT) set forth by the company.
β’ Collaborate with Adjusters and Processors to minimize and prevent fraudulent claims.
β’ Prepare and submit necessary recommendations to ensure a fair settlement is rendered.
β’ Review outstanding claims and losses.
β’ Facilitate and assist in the pull-out of total loss units, ensuring all parts and accessories are intact.
β’ Communicate and negotiate with dealers, accredited shops, and clients regarding claim evaluations.
β’ Perform canvassing of parts.
β’ Handle client inquiries.
Job Requirements:
β’ A graduate of any four-year course, willing to learn, and passionate about automotives.
