Responsible for the motor control related SW development, control performance optimization and verification and other motor control related tasks in projects.


Key Accountabilities

+ Responsible for the design and optimization of motor control algorithms for PMSM and ASM in NEV.

+ Responsible for software development related to motor control, including implementation of control algorithms and fault diagnosis modules.

+ Prepare technical documentation compliant with ASPICE requirements, and conduct corresponding software testing.

+ Support motor calibration, analyze calibration data to deal with control performance issue.

+ Refine algorithm structure and parameters through simulation and experimental testing, continuously optimizing motor control algorithms to meet performance specifications and functional requirements.
