Motorpool Engineer Responsibilities

The Motorpool Engineer is responsible for maintaining and planning of efficient schedules of all company vehicles and stationary equipment.

• Supervises team members to ensure duties and responsibilities are carried out accordingly.
• Schedules and monitors daily activities of TMs.
• Conducts scheduled Performance Appraisal.
• Approves DTR, Overtime, and VL/SL application of TMs.
• Responsible for the professional well-being of TMs.
• Reports and monitors vehicle tracker & dashcam.
• Ensures company vehicles and stationary equipment are kept in top operating condition.
• Implements and ensures prompt and proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) of all company vehicles.
• Prepares requisitions for needed vehicle and stationary parts.
• Prepares and implements approved Motorpool Department’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
