Takes charge in managing fleet.

Ensure that trucks are safe and in good condition before departure (PDI).

Responsible in maintaining good condition trucks through implementation of preventive maintenance.

Coordinates, performs end to end process and proposal of identified training needs of the team.

Prepares monthly reports to be presented to the management.

Monitors and analyze truck breakdown which will be used for improvements.

Responsible of achieving the set KPI's of the department.

Supervise and delegates work on the team base on scheduled/ urgency of repair.

Responsible on maintaining safe and sound workplace.

Injects development programs for the department which support the continual improvement
