Job Description
1. Job Purpose
To perform mould and bladder changes during shift operations, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate installation in accordance with production schedules. The role supports the mould supervisor and mould shop team whilst maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Mould & Bladder Change Operations
Conduct mould and bladder changes according to shift schedules and work instructions, ensuring proper handling, installation, and removal.Verify mould and bladder condition before installation (cleanliness, damage, alignment) and support quick changeover activities to reduce downtime.B.
