Primary Responsibilities:

• Uses MRI scanner protocols based on needs of the individual patient and ordered examination

• Screens patients prior to scan for any contraindications including implanted devices

• Explains procedures and observes patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan

• Starts IV's and administers contrast agents

• Evaluates images for technical quality

• Maintains the cleanliness of the scanner and associated equipment in accordance with the infection...
