MRO Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is directly responsible for ensuring the supply of (MRO) Materials, Repairs, and Operating Services are met and support corporate cost reduction goals along with inventory and daily production targets.
This role is responsible for the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and services to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's facilities and production equipment. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships while ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support, lead and coach Junior MRO Buyer to meet departmental goals.
Meet cost reduction targets for (MRO) materials and services to promote cost competitiveness. Involving and quoting for all divisions where synergies are present.
