Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L1)
This is a 1‑year contractual role. The first line of support for NTT DATA’s clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational, troubleshooting incidents and requests while maintaining SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure and identify problems before or during occurrence.
- Investigate and resolve first‑line incidents, determining root causes.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes.
- Perform handovers during shift changes to ensure continuity.
- Escalate incidents as necessary and pursue comprehensive resolutions.
- Update or create knowledge articles and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support disaster recovery functions, tests, and project work as required.
