Must-Have

1. Knowledge on the EUC Remote management tools

2. Knowledge in Software packaging scripting

3. Knowledge in SCCM, Intune management and upgrades

4. Understanding the task sequence and drive/package updates

5. Update of BIOS Firmware for Physical systems

6. Knowledge in JAMF Pro

7. Hands on knowledge in patch management, feature upgrades

8. Updating drivers

9. Print server management

10. Remote troubleshooting

Good-to-Have

Basic understanding of AD and GPO Supporting
