Position: Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) – NTT DATA
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Determine root causes of critical incidents and implement solutions.
- Manage high‑complexity tickets, conduct thorough analyses, and deliver resolutions.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, and create knowledge articles for frequent tasks.
- Provide input to automation teams to reduce manual efforts.
- Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and fully operational.
