Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Maintenance
Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
Perform environment monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning
Handle system updates, patches, and version upgrades
Manage data backups, refresh activities, and disaster recovery processes.

Technical Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Hands-on experience with

Lifecycle Services (LCS)
Knowledge of

Azure infrastructure and services
Experience with

Data Management Framework (DMF)
Understanding of

security roles and role-based access control
Familiarity with

integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, APIs, etc.)
