Publish and review evaluation and failure analysis result conducted by engineering assistants.
Coordinate with process owners, evaluation team members on surface analysis result and work with them on assessment on improvement activities.
Support in the supervision EAs and arrange priorities on daily evaluation, failure analysis activities to ensure compliance to completion target dates.
Coordinate with external lab for surface analysis capabilities when not available internally and benchmark other analysis technique if possible.
