The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing staff to provide efficient Payroll services for employees based in different countries across Europe (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland).
Key Accountabilities
- Manages payroll team of 8 payroll experts
- Optimizes internal and external company processes as they relate to Payroll
- Coaches the Payroll Team in resolving complex Payroll processing and employee Payroll issues
- Provides Payroll reporting and payments are compliant and aligned with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and regulations
