**Description:** This is a 1st shift Quality Supervision position supporting Marietta Fabrication F35 VT/HT Sustainment and Shipping/Receiving Quality Department, supervising core Quality inspection personnel. Responsible for product quality and the continual assessment of manufacturing processes, continual process improvement, and inspector, quality staff performance. The candidate will help identify preventive actions that will assess performance and drive actions in order to control sources of variation that within product quality, cost, and schedule targets. Strong communication skills are required in order to support steady collaboration and integration with varying functions, leaders, and engineering disciplines in order to achieve program success.
