Position Summary

The Multi-Property General Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial direction across The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert and any assigned luxury resort operations within the portfolio. This highly visible leadership role requires an accomplished luxury hospitality executive with a proven commercial background, exceptional owner relationship management skills, and a strong track record of driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement.

The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury General Manager with extensive experience leading ultra-luxury resorts and a demonstrated ability to balance brand excellence with commercial performance.
