Job Summary

The Operations Engineer manages allocated production facilities (including APSA Onsite and TGM operations) in Northern Malaysia. Based in Juru, Penang, with coverage across multiple sites in Kulim, this role supports the Facility Manager in driving operational strategies while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, plant maintenance, HSE, and security activities across assigned locations in multiple on site plants in Kulim.
• Monitor production data and apply statistical methods to optimize processes, reduce costs, and meet specific customer KPIs.
• Partner with maintenance teams to plan and execute schedules, track work order closures, and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Enforce Safe Work Permits, Management of Change (MOC) protocols, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
