Position Overview

 Multi Skilled Carpenter  #1516632_510114   FM   Carpenter   West Midlands   Contract / Temp   £23.00/ Hour 
 The role will be covering reactive duties across tenanted properties, working off a PDA system, completing any necessary repairs required.

  A multi skilled background is preferable 
 Social housing experience 
 Relevant qualification for trade or time served accepted.

  Van + fuel card provided (can take home but not for personal use)
  This is a temp to permanent position
  While temp - £23PH
  Perm salary - £30-33k dependent on experience
