This hands‑on role focuses on preparing empty social housing properties to a safe, high‑quality, lettable standard, helping residents move into homes that are ready the first time.

• Complete repairs and maintenance works within void social housing properties, ensuring homes are brought back to lettable standard safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.
