We’re recruiting a Multi‑Skilled Operative to join our Mountsorrel Asphalt Plant, ideally located for candidates commuting from Loughborough, Leicester, MeltonMowbray and surrounding areas. This role offers real variety, structured training, and development opportunities within a busy operational environment. Previous asphalt or plant experience is beneficial but not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
