MULTI SKILLED OPERATIVE (NIGHTSHIFT) – Cross Green, Leeds. Looking for hands‑on nightshift work where your skills really count? If you enjoy working with heavy plant, keeping production moving, and being part of a tight‑knit operational team, this is a great opportunity to build your technical experience in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

This role will suit someone practical, safety‑focused and motivated to develop their skills – with scope to grow into more senior operational or supervisory responsibilities over time. You’ll be joining a high‑performing nightshift operation where teamwork, pride in the job and doing things the right way are essential.

Hours: 48 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 7pm - 5am
Location: Cross Green Asphalt Plant, Leeds (easily accessible from Leeds and surrounding areas)
