Position Overview

Qualifications:
High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate / Technical Training in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
Preferably with NC II Certification in Electrical or Air Conditioning.
With at least 1–3 years of experience in building, hotel, spa, or facility maintenance.
Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
Maintain spa equipment, pools, pumps, water heaters, and treatment room equipment.
