Regular:

1. Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following building equipment and facilities:

i. Air-conditioning System

ii. Water and Sewerage System

iii. Drainage system

iv. Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System

v. Electrical System

2. Handles unit owners/tenants’ complaints or assistance needed in electrical and mechanical systems.

3. Coordinates with the Building/Facilities Manager or Building/Facilities Engineer for instructions

4. All other related tasks as required

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Others or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
